The evaluation of candidates takes place in three phases. The first phase is preliminary and controlling the timely filing of all necessary documents.

Criteria for assessing the second phase:

  • Grade Point Average (GPA) of Bachelor degree (weighting factor 20%).
  • GMAT score* (factor weight 60%).
  • Professional experience (factor weight 10%), which is proven with official documents from (public) insurance institutions.

The total weighting factor in the second phase is 90%.

The third phase involves interviewing candidates (weighting factor 10%).
