The evaluation of candidates takes place in three phases. The first phase is preliminary and controlling the timely filing of all necessary documents.

Criteria for assessing the second phase:

 

  •  Grade Point Average (GPA) of Bachelor degree (weighting factor 35%).
  •  Professional experience at least 30 months, as evidenced by official certificates or certificates of this vector (weighting factor 35%).
  • Additional qualifications (special seminars, computer skills, courses in foreign universities, publications, studies, masters degree, supplementary education degree, awards) (weighting factor 35%).

The total weighting factor in the second phase is 85%.

The third phase involves interviewing candidates (weighting factor 15%).
